A 3-axis machining centre (also known as a 3-axis milling centre or 3-axis milling machine) is a computer-controlled machine tool (CNC) that works along the X, Y and Z axes to mill and drill precise workpieces. It is often used for machining flat and cubic components and offers an efficient solution for manufacturing tasks that do not require simultaneous machining in more than three axes.
3-axis machining centres are cost-effective, easy to operate and offer high precision when machining simple and medium-complex workpieces.
