You don’t have to wait for “that one specialist”: With our streamlined portfolio of machining centers and automation solutions, we have ensured that each of our 25 own service technicians has the appropriate know-how for all machines. This means that someone is always there to help you competently and quickly.
Solutions already on the phone – free of charge
With expert telephone diagnostics, we can solve about 65% of all downtimes without an on-site deployment. This saves time as well as money: Because this support is free of charge for you and ensures that your machine is ready for use quickly.
Service 7 days a week
We don’t use any answering machines. As the owner of a POS machine, you can always reach our service directly – even on weekends. Just as you are there for your customers, POS is always there for you!
Maximum availability of spare parts
Our spare parts warehouse always has material with a value of around 6.5 million euros in stock. Every service employee also has a mobile warehouse and can thus respond to your requirements directly on site. Long procurement times are therefore a thing of the past.

We know how important it is to train the workforce when introducing a new milling machine or lathe. To ensure that everything runs smoothly in your machining centre, we give your workforce a lot of space for training.At POS, we don’t do half work. That is why we have set up our own training centre, which more than 400 training guests visit every year. In addition to classic standard training, we also offer 5-axis training and button training. Our special plus is the offer of maintenance training. Other manufacturers of turning and milling machines see maintenance as a lucrative source of income. We on the other hand want to keep your costs as low as possible. Therefore, we focus on direct implementation in practice as part of our maintenance training. In this way, you save the costs that would be associated with the maintenance and repair of your machine. Our training promise: We train according to the latest standards and are certified by well-known control manufacturers.
