Process optimisation
– this is what POS stands for

No time or money for half measures!

We are from the world of CNC. Milling machines, lathes and automation are what we do every day. And of course what moves our customers.

When POS was founded, a clear thought prevailed: Milling and turning machines are important. But even more important is the human factor. Man and machine should form a strong team. It is true that the machine is the core piece. But it is only together with the operator that the project is crowned with success.

Bringing people and machines together, improving work processes and thus optimising them – that is our goal to this day. And this is also reflected in our approach. No matter which machine our customers are interested in: most of the time, we talk about the customer’s work processes and how these can be streamlined by appropriate automation.

You might formulate it as follows: The lathe or milling machine is the duty. The solution for automation is the freestyle.

Process optimization: Our approach Step by Step

When a new customer visits us – or contacts us by phone – we first familiarize ourselves with the conditions in their production facility. For this purpose, the customer describes the situation to us. If necessary, however, we will also be happy to visit the site and make our own image. As soon as we know which materials are processed in which way and which starting and target shapes are available, we can start choosing a suitable machine. The target quantities and, of course, other factors such as the number of employees also play a role.
At the end of the process phase …

  • we have gained a comprehensive picture of your situation
  • we can make a clear machine recommendation
  • we know what matters in your machining centre

Profitability is the key word that comes to mind first when it comes to optimization. Why is that? Because optimization is vital for every entrepreneur in the manufacturing industry. Production pays off only if a well thought-out machining strategy is developed and implemented. We can help! We know your company. We know our machines. With our experience and expertise, we can reliably tell you which milling process runs optimally and reliably on which machine with which tool and which clamping material.
At the end of the optimization phase …

  • we can help you to optimize the processes in your production
  • you have a specific processing strategy
  • your production pays off again

Automation is the ultimate in manufacturing. Because: Profitable production is almost always automated nowadays. But what does this have to do with a system? It’s very simple: We look at your entire system and ask ourselves whether an automation solution is necessary. And if so, what this should look like. If automation makes sense in your company, our automation solution POSRobo is always an option. The solution is based on the existing kinematics of the actual machine and is therefore significantly cheaper and more space-saving than comparable systems.
At the end of the system phase…

  • Your company defined
  • we implement a solution at your site
  • we support you and your workforce through comprehensive training and induction programmes
